Quietstride

Privacy information

Account privacy requests are available. Optional product-update email registration remains closed.

Quietstride is an education and reference workspace. Do not enter patient names, health records, passwords or payment-card details in handouts, feedback or study responses.

Information used by the app

Sign-in supplies an account identity. Saved handouts, study answers, practice sessions and purchases are associated with that account. Launch registration stores the email address, selected product and confirmation/withdrawal status. Feedback stores your message and account identity.

Full-length MCAT mock exams

Your answers, flags, timing settings, section progress, results and purchase access are saved to your signed-in account so you can resume and review your attempts. The server clock continues while you are away. Attempt records keep the exam version you started. These records follow the account access and deletion request process below.

Optional measurement

The Google measurement tag loads only after you allow measurement, on selected public pages, and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Account, payment, study and test workspaces are excluded. With permission, first-party measurement records product, sample and free-resource use with a random browser identifier and broad traffic-source category. A tagged Anatomy campaign visit can also record fixed campaign and activity labels for entry, recall start and a self-reported reference check. These are activity records, not scores or verified learning outcomes. Free-tool events identify fixed public resource and destination categories when you view a resource or follow a next-step link. They do not include your planner settings or review notes. It does not record your answers, patient details, full referring URLs or email address in the measurement record. With permission, a broad product traffic source is retained on this browser for up to 30 days and associated with an authenticated checkout. Payment status and refunds are verified server-side. Turning measurement off removes the browser source, but does not erase existing transaction records. You can turn it off from the product page; declining does not block a sample.

Free learning workshops

The CPTE, PT School, MCAT and CASPer workshop answers and notes stay in the open page unless you choose Save on this device or download a worksheet. Saved copies are browser-local, are not uploaded or account-synced, and can be loaded or deleted in each workshop. Shared-device users may be able to read them. Optional first-party measurement records the learning product and fixed view, start, self-reported review and paid-link-click stages; it does not send your choices, notes, timer or written responses. These stages describe activity, not learning outcomes.

Reasoning blueprints and CPTE session records

The four free reasoning guides keep answers, confidence, notes and attempt history in the open page. Mistake Journals and CPTE session records are saved on this browser only when you choose Save; you can load, export or delete the saved copy in each tool. Imported JSON is checked locally and is not uploaded. Claim-evidence review notes can be downloaded but are not saved automatically. Shared-device users may read saved copies. Worksheet downloads do not collect an email address or enroll you in a newsletter. You can separately request blank Mistake Journal links by email. That request does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional study lessons require separate consent and address confirmation and arrive on days 4 and 9 after confirmation. Only your address and the requested messages are sent to Resend; journal entries remain on your device. Unsubscribe links work without an account. See our email privacy information for retention and delivery details.

Free CPTE tools

The free study workspace saves its plan settings and task ticks, and the preparation checklist saves fixed task statuses and selected priorities, only when you choose Save. These browser-local copies are not uploaded or synced, can be restored or removed in each tool, and may be visible to other users of the same browser. Optional measurement records only fixed use/save/restore, public-link-copy and print-request categories, never those settings, statuses or priorities. Sharing copies a blank public-tool link. The study planner saves its four settings on this browser only when you choose Save. You can remove them in the planner. Mock-review notes stay in the open page, are not submitted or saved automatically, and disappear on reload or departure. A printed or downloaded copy is under your control.

Voluntary CPTE learner pilot

If you explicitly join, the pilot stores account-linked answers, confidence, prior-exposure reports, device-measured timing, written oral summaries, feedback and reviewer observations. Access is limited to you and authorized course reviewers. No audio is uploaded by the pilot. Records expire after 180 days and are removed on the next pilot service access. You can download your records or withdraw and delete your responses and linked reviewer notes directly in the pilot. Owner rehearsals are excluded from learner results. Withdrawing does not affect purchased course access.

CPTE comparison and reasoning notes

Oral comparison and deeper-reasoning practice notes save on this device as you write. They are separated by signed-in account and content version, are not uploaded to the pilot, and can be removed with the lesson’s Clear notes control. Local recordings can be downloaded or deleted in the recorder. Shared-device users may be able to access local browser data.

Free anatomy recall workbench

Prompts, reference notes, self-check labels and chosen review dates save only when you choose Save, on this browser. Shared-device users may see this copy; Delete removes it. Notes are not synced to an account. Exported deck files and printed notes remain under your control.

Optional Anatomy campaign requests

You can request the planned eight-message Anatomy series separately from the free workbench. We store your normalized email, the exact campaign and page, consent wording and version, request time, pending or withdrawn status, and a hash of your private withdrawal link in the existing hosted lifecycle database. We do not send your notes, answers or email to analytics, and we do not transfer this pending request to an email provider. No email is sent by this form. Address confirmation and verified sending arrangements are required before delivery can start.

Save the private withdrawal link shown after a new request. Withdrawal works without sign-in while sending is off. Repeated requests do not restart or reactivate a withdrawn request. Pending and withdrawn campaign requests expire after 90 days and are removed on the next request to this campaign. Contact quietstridept@outlook.com for earlier removal or help with a lost link. Existing email preferences remain separate.

Updates and withdrawal

Product emails require a requested registration and address confirmation. A withdrawal link is provided by the registration flow and prepared emails. Withdrawing email updates does not cancel paid access.

Who is responsible

Quietstride operates in New Brunswick, Canada. Contact quietstridept@outlook.com with a privacy question or concern.

Service providers

The app uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and account sign-in, with Cloudflare database and file-storage services. Stripe processes payment information when checkout is enabled; payment and purchase status are used to provide the purchased access. Support email uses Microsoft Outlook. An automated product-email service is not configured. These services may process information outside Canada; we do not promise Canadian-only storage.

Retention and deletion

Ordinary account content, such as saved handouts, study responses, practice sessions and feedback, is kept to provide your account features and can be deleted following a verified request. We retain records only as needed for the service or legal, tax and dispute obligations, including necessary transaction and privacy-request records. We will explain any information retained when responding to a deletion request. Data subject to an outstanding access request is preserved while required for that request and related recourse. Deletion from active app records does not promise immediate removal from provider backups.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Submit and track a privacy request from your account, or email support if you cannot sign in. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting information.

We respond to access requests within 30 days of receipt. If a lawful extension is needed, we will notify you within that period, explain the reason and advise you of your right to complain. We also target a response to correction and deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Any refusal or limitation will be explained. You may raise an unresolved concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Requests are reviewed manually. Responses to in-app requests appear in your request history. Requesting deletion does not cancel a subscription or delete a separate account held with an external sign-in provider. Manage billing from your account or contact support to cancel.
