Two free, private review prompts. Choose an existing source, examine your own claims against specific excerpts, then return to its lesson or practice. No AI grading or automatic truth checking.
Changing the source or prompt clears this private draft. Facts before assumptions · version 1
PT learning: lesson excerpts are educational references, not validation of your notes, patient-specific advice or evidence of clinical readiness.
Read the supplied context before explaining
A missed appointment
A fictional client missed two appointments and says they no longer have access to their usual transport. “Two missed appointments” is a given fact; loss of transport is a reported barrier. “They do not care about recovery” is an unsupported assumption. A useful question is whether another appointment time or format would address the stated barrier, within the service’s available options. The case does not establish what alternatives are available.
Version 1
Separate my notes into claims and questions. For each, choose an exact excerpt from the selected source and version. Distinguish what the excerpt states from what I inferred. Record support, an apparent conflict, no relevant support, or uncertainty as my own provisional judgment. Keep unsupported claims unresolved. Choose one existing lesson or practice activity to revisit; do not invent facts or questions.
Fictional example — not a factual claim: My fictional study note mixes a supplied observation with my own explanation. I have not stated the limits of that explanation or what information would change it.
