Subjective history taking
A useful history creates a timeline and identifies what matters to the person. Begin with their account, then clarify onset, mechanism, location, symptom behaviour, previous episodes, health history, medicines and activity limits. Distinguish the patient's description from your interpretation. A symptom label such as weakness may mean pain, fatigue, fear or loss of force; ask for an example.

Questions to settle before purchasing
Are the sample questions additional to the mock forms?
No. The four written questions and oral case in the free mock sample also appear in their source first mock forms. Familiarity with them is not evidence of performance on new material.
Do repeat attempts produce new questions?
The listed mock forms contain fixed question or case sets. Repeating a form can help revisit reasoning, but it is not a fresh unseen assessment. Use a different form when you want different material.
When does my access start, and is this a subscription?
Complete Prep provides 12 months from confirmed purchase with one payment and no automatic renewal. Standalone mocks provide three months for the purchased form and its results. Sign in with the same account used to purchase. Existing package owners should check their included access first.
What if payment succeeds but I cannot get in?
Return to your account and check your access before paying again. If the payment is still processing or access has not appeared, use the support guide or email quietstridept@outlook.com with your purchase email and order reference. Never send card details.
Can I request a refund?
Requests are assessed individually, including duplicate charges, access problems or content materially different from its description. There is no blanket refund promise here. Read the purchase and refund terms before paying; applicable consumer rights are not limited.
Can I buy from outside Canada?
